This position offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload of 37 students across three engaging locations near Rocky Mount, NC. With a structured 32-hour workweek spread over four days, you'll have the flexibility to focus on delivering meaningful occupational therapy services while enjoying a balanced schedule.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
• Strong background or previous experience in a school-based OT role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, students, and families
• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload across multiple locations
• Proficient documentation and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted OT assessments and interventions to students from preschool through 5th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student growth
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports in accordance with school and professional standards
• Adapt therapeutic activities for group and one-on-one sessions tailored to each student's needs
• Travel between three school locations as part of your regular schedule
