Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina
Job Summary
We are hiring a Virtual Mental Health Therapist to deliver consistent therapy services in a fully remote environment. This role is built for clinicians who prefer defined workflows and a reliable caseload. Your daily work centers on therapy sessions, clinical decision-making, and documentation, supported by systems that keep care organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Establish and update treatment plans
- Complete clinical notes and progress documentation
- Communicate with clinical teams as needed
- Follow state, ethical, and organizational guidelines
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LCMHC, LCSW or LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
