**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site policies at the front desk within a manufacturing and industrial location.
+ Monitor and manage access control for all persons entering and exiting the facility, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
+ Maintain accurate records and logs of visitor activity, incidents, and other relevant information as required by site policies.
+ Communicate professionally with facility staff, visitors, and Allied Universal personnel to relay information and report security-related concerns.
+ Support the implementation of site-specific security-related procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity at the front desk area.
+ Remain alert to the environment and activities occurring in the lobby and entry area, promptly reporting any unusual or prohibited behavior.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Being at least 21 years of age is required.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
