Construction Estimator / Buyer
Topsider Building Systems, Inc., upscale post & beam design and prefabrication firm seeks individual to oversee project estimating, take-offs and purchasing.
EDUCATION :
- Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential construction estimating and purchasing as a GC, project manager.
- Estimator, buyer or directly involved in builder or contractor material sales, having done take-offs, purchasing, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be highly computer literate (particularly with Excel) and have excellent familiarity with residential building materials.
COMPENSATION: From $60k to start based on qualifications and experience.
BENEFITS : PPO health plan, including dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation policy, etc.
