Position: Pediatric Dental Hygienist
Location: Winston-Salem NC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview:
A well-established, patient-focused pediatric dental practice in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join their full-time clinical team. This practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, gentle dental care in a fun and supportive environment for children and families.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $45+ per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:
- Full-Time position
- Consistent weekday schedule (details provided during interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pediatric dental hygiene procedures, including coronal polishing
- Take and review dental radiographs as needed
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist in maintaining a positive, calm, and child-friendly environment
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols
- Work collaboratively with dentists and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Dental Hygienist license
- Coronal polishing certification required
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Gentle chairside manner with children of all ages
