Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Vascular experience to include Endograft experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Highly prefer experience in IR or in a lab working with vascular surgeons.

Special Requests: RTO: Manager approval. Travelers cover each other’s RTO, so could be extra call in events of RTO.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend rotation: discussed during interview - On call: two weekends every month and two weekdays of call – discussed during interview - Holiday Expectations: Travelers will do at least one holiday in a contract if applicable

Floating Requirements:

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification (R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
