Customer Service Representative — Talent Pipeline (Call Center

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote)
Pay Rate: $17 – $23 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (typical)
Employment Type: Temp / Temp to Hire / Direct Hire
The purpose of this job ad posting is to create a pipeline of quality candidates ready to be recommended for a role once it is available. There is no specific position available as of now. We are building a ready to hire pipeline of reliable Customer Service Representatives for future call center and front desk roles. If you enjoy helping people, are comfortable on the phone, and can learn systems quickly, we want to hear from you.

• Answer and route inbound customer calls and messages with professional phone etiquette.
• Maintain and update customer records and tickets in a CRM or database.
• Resolve routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Perform data entry, appointment scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.
• Provide friendly front desk support when assigned, including greeting visitors and directing requests. General Requirements
• Comfortable spending substantial time on the phone and interacting with customers in person.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Proficient with computers; able to learn new software, CRMs, and MS Office tools.
• Accurate data entry, attention to detail, and ability to meet quality targets.
