Securities Operations Rep 3 - Customer Service
- Experience with Letters of Credit/ stand by LC guarantees
- understanding the document, ensuring it’s real and accurate
- Document collections and process experience – within trade services (basics)
- Aptitude for logistics and movement of Goods (bank to bank document, importing/ exporting goods (Basics)

education: Bachelors Responsibilities Position Details : This contractor will be assisting the trade services desk with day-to-day operations gathering documents, checking letters of credit, and assisting with trade processing by ensuring complete and accurate records in the SOR. DUTIES
- Customer service team: handles inquiries from internal and external (end) customers
- Channels: email and phone. Responding to customer inquiries
- Products covered: commercial LC, import/export collections, open account, trade loans, standby LCs, guarantees
- Query types: transaction status, document copies, billing, Letters of Credit language review. Customers may inquire about what happened to transactions or request a copy of the letter of credit.
- Speaking to customers who have trade business with the team
- Creating party records within Tradework systems
- Receiving customer set up forms – create and amend in Tradeworks
- Utilizing Vantage systems – will be working with CEO trade setup
- Internal partner facing – internal stakeholders
- Emailing and communication – heavy email focus (possible phone calls w/ WF-India)
- Will input and release requirements
- Handling customer inquiries – external client facing (as well as internal partners)
