What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service team member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our coffee house is a warm and inviting space for all who walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly smile and helping them feel at home.
- Taking orders and preparing a variety of coffee beverages with care and precision.
- Keeping the coffee house clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Answering customer questions and providing recommendations from our menu.
- Working as part of a collaborative team to deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

No prior experience? No problem! We’re happy to provide training to help you succeed. Here’s what we value in our ideal candidate:
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

- Paid Training: $10 per hour for 10 days of training to get you up to speed.
- Tips: On average, earn an additional $5 per hour worked in tips!
