Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Job Description
- To assist with HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance
- To complete work orders promptly and accurately
- To perform basic property maintenance tasks as needed
- To uphold safety and quality standards across the community
- To communicate professionally with residents and onsite teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certified or non-certified HVAC experience
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues
- Ability to complete property maintenance repairs independently
- Experience managing and completing work orders efficiently
- Must have own tools
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and dependability
- Experience in multifamily or residential maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy property environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
