**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential security-related concerns.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security-related presence.
+ Communicate and collaborate with healthcare staff and/or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.
+ Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with site and Allied Universal guidelines.
+ Support the enforcement of facility rules and/or regulations to help to deter disruptions within the healthcare environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 21+ years.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
