Remote Bilingual Customer Service - Spanish

Dan Heiman - State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of part-time Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative. This role requires exceptional relationship building, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.

This remote position is only available to candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Must be able to speak professionally in English and Spanish
• Must have a secure and private home workspace to ensure the confidentiality of our clients and their information
• Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license after 90 days of employment

Please only apply if you are able to work from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday answering inbound client phone calls.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answer inbound phone calls to assist our Spanish-speaking customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Bilingual - Spanish/English (required)
• Property & Casualty license (must be willing to obtain after 90 days of employment)
