What You'll Do
- Direct daily kitchen operations and lead line cooks during service
- Maintain consistency and food safety standards across all stations
- Build prep schedules, manage inventory, and control food costs
- Train and mentor kitchen team members on technique and standards
- Partner with management on menu execution and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Five-plus years of sous chef or lead line experience
- Proven track record in fast casual or high-volume restaurants
- Strong leadership skills and ability to coach under pressure
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
- Deep knowledge of recipe execution and culinary fundamentals
