Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and maintain patient safety under supervision.
Administer medications and document administration accurately.
Monitor patient conditions and escalate changes promptly.
Maintain detailed patient records and ensure data quality.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve care goals.
Meet performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Assist with routine procedures and clinical tasks as delegated.
Identify opportunities for professional growth and pursue learning.
Triaged high-visibility tasks to deliver measurable results.
Demonstrate adaptability in a growth-focused, merit-based environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the relevant state.
Administer medications accurately and document administration per policy.
Provide bedside nursing care with patient safety as priority under supervision.

Adhere to regulatory, organizational policies, and compliance standards.
