As the Medical Surgical RN Manager, you will report to the Senior VP with responsibilities that include directing administrative and daily operations of the unit; participating in unit planning and future development; coordinating the unit’s QI program; managing staff (including hiring, orientation, scheduling, training, evaluations, discipline, and professional growth); adjusting staffing based on patient census and operational needs; collaborating with staff, physicians, and ancillary services; monitoring patient care quality and correcting deficiencies; enforcing safety and infection control standards; supporting organizational goals; and providing direct nursing care as needed to maintain service quality. 🩺

Applicants earning quick interviews will be master’s prepared, have over five years of experience as a medical-surgical RN, and hold an active North Carolina RN license.
