We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing multiple initiatives within the banking domain, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile Project Management , banking operations , and stakeholder communication , along with expertise in Jira , Rally , and Microsoft Office tools .

Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote)
Duration: 4 months

As a Project Manager , you will play a key role in driving project success through effective planning, execution, and collaboration across teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing risks, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within the banking domain.

• Utilize Agile methodologies to plan and execute projects effectively.

• Track and report project progress using tools such as Jira , Rally , and Microsoft Office Suite .

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align goals and expectations.

• Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders with clarity and precision.

• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the project team.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management , preferably within the banking sector .

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with Jira , Rally , and Microsoft Office tools .

• Experience working in an Agile environment with proven delivery success.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely project completion.
