🕒 Shift: 7pm-7am 2x2x3 schedule

We’re hiring a Machine Operator to join a laid-back, supportive team in Monroe, NC. This is a contract-to-hire role offering consistent hours , a clean facility , and a chance to grow your skills in a collaborative environment.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to meet production goals.
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
• Record production data, downtime, and quality metrics using Microsoft Excel .
• Maintain detailed logs and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Conduct routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
• Keep your work area clean and follow all safety protocols.

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
