Territory Implementation Specialist
Compensation: $80,000–$115,000 Base Salary + Bonuses/Commission
OTE: ~$130,000

Job Summary
The Territory Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing client relationships and leading the onboarding and implementation of title and registration compliance software for automotive dealerships.
This role provides a combination of on-site and remote client support , including training, troubleshooting, process improvement, and long-term customer success initiatives.
Travel Requirements: Approximately 80% travel , primarily within the assigned state/region.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete client onboarding and software implementation process
• Provide ongoing training and support to dealership personnel after launch
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues both on-site and remotely
• Utilize CRM and business intelligence tools to monitor performance and improve processes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
• Conduct virtual training sessions using web conferencing platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams through tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePoint
Qualifications
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience in account management, customer success, or SaaS/software solutions
• Experience delivering virtual training and client education sessions
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
• Automotive dealership or DMV industry experience preferred
• Salesforce.com experience is a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 80%
