HVAC Install - Residential | $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs & Bonuses

Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm | Monday through Friday | Occasional overtime

Job Duties:

• Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards
• Residential Retrofit / change out installs
• Installing refrigerant pipe, gas and electric furnace, heat pumps etc.
• Start-up and troubleshooting installs
• Supervise the work of apprentice
• Consult with customer concerning installation, proper use of equipment t and upgrade options
• Ensure jobs are completed timely

What We Are Looking For:

• 3 + years of residential HVAC experience
• Retrofit / changeout experience ideal
• Lead Install experience - Desired
• EPA Universal Certificate
• Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe and low voltage wiring
• Experience with HVAC duct system design and installation
• Able to train and supervise others
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
