Landscape Installation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a landscape installation crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Operate installation equipment, including heavy machinery, safely and effectively
• Drive large trucks and trailers, ensuring loads are properly secured
• Oversee landscape enhancement tasks such as plant replacement, mulching, and drainage improvements
• Provide exceptional customer service and encourage referrals and additional service purchases
• Maintain and monitor assigned materials, tools, and equipment, maximizing their useful life
• Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained according to manufacturer guidelines
• Keep accurate fuel and mileage logs for vehicles and equipment
• Promote teamwork and effective communication within the crew

Qualifications

• Experience operating landscape installation equipment, including heavy equipment
• Ability to drive large trucks and trailers and secure loads properly
• Knowledge of landscape enhancement practices (plant replacement, mulch, drainage, etc.)
• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise and motivate a crew
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift at least 50 lbs., walk extensively, and navigate rough or uneven terrain in various weather conditions
