Responsibilities

About the Opportunity:

• Hospital employed FT position (W2)
• Our main campus – Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC – is a 400+ bed hospital with 18 ORs plus GI, Cath, and EP labs
• Secondary locations in Richmond, Hoke, and Montgomery Counties
• Various scheduling options, self-scheduling for weekends at a freelance rate
• Nights and call are optional
• Wide variety of cases to grow your skillset
• ACT model with a tremendous amount of autonomy
• Great relationship with Anesthesiologists and Surgeons

About the Pay and Benefits:

• $210,000 starting base for new grads
• Additional compensation for working off-shifts and at our secondary locations
• $60,000 loan repayment or $40,000 sign-on
• $10,000 relocation stipend
• 6.7 weeks PTO, 1 week and $2,900/year for CMEs
• Health, life, and disability benefits
• Retirement: 403b with 5% match, 457b, and 401a

• PSLF loan forgiveness available, due to FirstHealth’s not-for-profit (501c3) status

Qualifications

• NC RN License
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Certification or eligibility by the NBCRNA
