Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships through prospecting, networking, and community involvement
• Represent new custom homes and “build on your lot” opportunities
• Guide clients through the building process and home customization options
• Assist sellers in listing their current homes when applicable
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients in the CRM system
• Participate in marketing initiatives, events, and social media outreach
• Collaborate with builders, vendors, and the team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Contribute ideas and efforts to strengthen builder and team partnerships

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Real Estate License (South Carolina license is a plus)
• Prior new home or custom home sales experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
• Strong community presence and desire to engage in local networking opportunities

Compensation

• Commission-based position
