This is a build-and-scale opportunity, not a maintenance role. We're a high-growth convenience store operator with an active acquisition pipeline and a clear path to 50+ locations. We're looking for a road-warrior operator who thrives in the field and knows how to drive profitability across a multi-unit footprint.

Position Overview

Location: Multi-state — AR, TN, WI, MI Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 base + 20% performance bonus potential Reports To: CEO / Executive Leadership Scope: 20+ active and pipeline locations, growing rapidly Travel: 75%+ (field-based, road-warrior role) Preferred Home Base: Chicago, Milwaukee, or Memphis metro

What You'll Own

• Full P&L accountability across all locations
  
• Fuel pricing, inside sales, and margin performance
  
• District and store manager leadership and development
  
• Foodservice execution standards at every location
  
• Store openings, rebuilds, and market conversions
  
• Shrink reduction, compliance, and loss prevention
  
• Planogram integrity and vendor/merchandising execution
  
• Scalable systems and training across the footprint
  

What We're Looking For

• 7–10+ years leading multi-unit c-store, grocery, or QSR operations — real operator experience, not corporate support
  
• Proven track record running 15–20+ locations with strong P&L accountability
  
• Experience in high-volume foodservice execution at the store level
  
• Familiarity with fuel and inside-sales operations preferred
  
• Willingness and ability to travel 75%+ across a multi-state footprint
  
• Strong leadership presence — you build teams, hold people accountable, and drive results
