We’re hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate for a well-established distributor serving the automotive industry.
?? Please read carefully:
This is a 100% manual warehouse operation. There are NO scanners, NO barcode systems, and NO automated inventory tools. All picking, receiving, and inventory tracking is completed using pen, paper, and careful attention.
If you are not comfortable working in a traditional, paperwork-based warehouse environment, this role will not be a good fit.
What You’ll Do:
Manually pull, verify, and pack orders using paper pick tickets
Receive and count inventory by hand
Maintain accurate written inventory logs
Cross-train in all warehouse departments
Carefully verify part numbers and product descriptions before shipping
?? Attention to Detail is Critical:
Many products look nearly identical but fall into completely different price ranges. A small mistake can result in significant cost impact. Accuracy, focus, and double-checking your work are essential every day.
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable working in a fully manual system
Strong focus and high attention to detail
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
