Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
Assisting the doctor with patient flow and therapies
Scheduling appointments and managing check-in/checkout
Maintaining a clean, organized treatment area
Answering phones, handling basic administrative tasks, and supporting daily office
operations
Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented
Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy office environment
Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’re
