Make Ready Technician – Mebane, NC 27302
Pay: $18/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Start Date: ASAP | Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity
BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Make Ready Technician to support an apartment community in Mebane, NC (27302) . This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in preparing units for new residents and ensuring the property looks its best.
Responsibilities- Complete unit turns and prepare apartments for move‑in
- Perform basic repairs: painting, patching, minor plumbing, and minor electrical
- Install or repair appliances as needed
- Ensure units meet cleanliness and quality standards
- Assist maintenance team with work orders when required
- Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment
- Previous make‑ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks and use basic tools
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
