Quality Assurance Technician
Accentuate Staffing is working with a leading manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product reliability and compliance with customer specifications, making it an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals passionate about quality control.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring production quality, identifying defects, and collaborating with operators and supervisors to implement corrective actions. You will also maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
 • Identify defects, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation of solutions
 • Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to quality inspections and processes
 • Collaborate with production teams to communicate job status, quality issues, and improvement recommendations
 • Assist in maintaining color standards and support quality needs across departments
 • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
- Previous quality background required, preferably within print manufacturing
 - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with manufacturing software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs; color vision required
