Services and Software Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Lead Offering Manager to oversee our New Product Introductions (NPI) and Services initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful launch of new services offerings, products and features, from concept to market delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading NPI programs, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal Candidate Experience
- 10 years of experience in services and product management, with a focus on leading NPI initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth through NPI initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence Customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification : Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Identify new opportunities for services expansion or innovation through NPI initiatives.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration : Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive NPI initiatives forward. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for NPI‑related matters and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor key performance metrics for NPI initiatives, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- NPI Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive NPI strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Define the vision, goals, and priorities for NPI initiatives and ensure alignment with broader company strategies.
- Services & Product Roadmap Development : Lead the development of services & product roadmaps for NPI initiatives, outlining key milestones, features, and enhancements to be delivered over time. Prioritize initiatives based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Innovation and Future Planning : Drive innovation within the NPI process by identifying new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer needs. Work closely with R&D and innovation teams to develop and test new product concepts.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 10 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of services offerings, products, projects, and investments.
- Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of services and software solutions value selling.
