Full time pay starts at $18/hour
Part time pay starts at $14/hour
Employees under the age of 16 start at $10/hour

As a back of house team member, you will work with a team of tight knit individuals who love to work hard, produce great food, and have fun. You will learn the principles that make Chick-fil-A an excellent brand, and become a professional of food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

We invest a lot of time into the training that goes into making you an expert at this craft, but the development does not end there. We strive to promote leadership from within. Team members who show exceptional potential and dedication will have the opportunity to be trained into leadership. Some have gone on to be directors of different parts of the business, international trainers for other locations, and Chick-fil-A of Hendersonville has also produced two successful operators. All of them started as team members.

The Hendersonville location is right off Highway 26 and creates the opportunity for you to serve many of our traveling guests. This location offers a fast paced and ever changing environment. Here we serve traveling sports teams, families on their way to vacation, and visitors who want to experience Hendersonville’s incredible fall beauty.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Requirements
- Monday through Saturday availability for full time applicants.
- Weekend availability for part time applicants.
- Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time.
- Must be able to lift 30 lb above your head.

Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of food meets the Chick-fil-A standard of excellence.
- Prepare food in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Accurately assemble food items and special orders.
- General and deep cleaning of restaurant.

Prior experience in restaurants and customer service is preferred but not required.
