Manufacturing Associate
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing company in the Raleigh area recruit a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. This person will work in their assembly area, mixing, pouring, and filling product. It is a temp to hire opportunity working on 1st shift.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble finished products by mixing raw materials.
- Accurately measure and weigh raw materials following batch records.
- Perform quality inspections on both raw materials as well as finished products.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist with performing cycle counts to maintain inventory levels of raw material.
- Package finished product for shipment.
- Inspect products for defects or issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of assembly lines during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document work activities accurately and report any issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of assembling/mixing raw materials.
- Must be comfortable following batch records.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be comfortable lifting 35 lbs continuously.
- Will be required to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
