**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately during emergency situations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
+ Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as per Allied Universal standards.
+ Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for all individuals on site.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Lifting more than 20 pounds is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
+ Lifting up to 20 pounds is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
