Job Description
At Mirantis, we’re looking for a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing UI/UX team and help shape the future of our cutting-edge k0rdent platform. This is an opportunity to be part of a team redefining how enterprises and service providers manage AI infrastructure at scale.
As a key contributor, you’ll focus primarily on front-end development—creating intuitive, high-performance interfaces that bring our AI infrastructure management solution to life. Working with React and TypeScript, you’ll collaborate with an exceptional team passionate about design excellence and technical precision.
In this role, you’ll spend about 60–70% of your time crafting the front-end experience and the rest building APIs and backend logic to keep our interfaces fast and intelligent.
What you’ll do
Build dynamic, real-time dashboards using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
Design and implement pixel-perfect UIs with Tailwind CSS that scale from mobile to 4K displays
Develop robust backend services to power responsive and data-rich applications
Create exceptional developer experiences for AI/ML engineers and data scientists
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the frontend of a greenfield, Kubernetes-based PaaS application using React and TypeScript
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high-quality, production-ready code
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX designers, UI leads, and engineering leadership to align on requirements and ensure design consistency
Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and the technology stack to maintain innovation and efficiency
Produce technical content, demos, or presentations to contribute to the broader Kubernetes/cloud-native community
Actively challenge existing processes and solutions while supporting team growth and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
4+ years of relevant professional experience in frontend development
Expert knowledge of React, core JavaScript/HTML/CSS, and TypeScript
Mastery of advanced features like hooks, context, suspense, etc.
Next.js experience with both app router and pages router
Ability to write backend services when needed
Next.js experience with both app router and pages router
Strong understanding of REST APIs, web page performance optimization, debugging, and best practices
Experience with module bundlers, reactive state management, and JavaScript unit and feature testing frameworks
Familiarity with accessibility standards, design systems, Figma, and cross-browser compatibility development
Eye for design and UX best practices
Collaborative mindset and excellent communication
Preferred Qualifications
:
Domain-specific certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
Experience working with AI/ML tooling
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Understanding of DevOps/Cloud Native practices
Experience with high-scale applications
