Electrical Controls Tech
Leading Electronics Manufacturer is in need of an Electrical Controls Technician to join their team. We are seeking candidates who have 1-5 years of electrical controls assembly experience within a manufacturing environment. This is a contract to hire position ranging from $19-$22/hr + OT. M-F. work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: High School responsibilities:
- Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
- Read and understand posted bulletins, regulations, rule books, manufacturer manuals, and work instructions
- Complete required documentation (Timesheets, material usage, etc.)
- Read assembly documentation and provide high quality of work with guidance.
- Ensure materials are correct and documentation are current
- Cut, strip, crimp and terminate wires from component to component
- Produce quality products to be used in larger assemblies
- Read wire tables, line diagrams and ensure wire is properly terminated
- Check wire connections via tug testing, continuity, and overall visual inspection
- Provide a clean and neat product
- Execute attention to detail while also adhering to production timeframes
- Complete or quickly learn wire terminations and routing process
- Complete training without interruption (unless approved).
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Education: High School (required)
