Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with conditions such as CHF, dysrhythmia, and stroke
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy as necessary
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and utilize cardiac gtt experience
• Conduct wound care and dressing changes
• Manage patient telemetry and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements of the RN - PCU

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 18 months of PCU RN experience
• Skills in tracheostomy care, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and central line management
