What Youll Do

In this role, you'll be hands-on in the production process, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across a variety of tasks, including:

• Palletizing, depalletizing, packing, sealing, and assembling products
• Blending materials and connecting ingredient bags
• Reworking and sanitizing as needed to meet quality standards
• Performing visual inspections to ensure product integrity
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Reporting material shortages, safety issues, or quality concerns clearly and promptly
• Flexing between production areas and assisting teammates where needed

Basic Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to work flexible hours and different tasks as production needs shift
• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
