Assistant Manager / Team Lead (Part-Time, Weekends) - Laser Tag Fun Factory
Pay : $15-18/hr + Tips (shared team pool – extra cash for epic shifts!)
Hours : Part-time, flexible around classes/life – must include every Saturday + most Sundays (prime battle time!).

Lead adrenaline-fueled missions in our massive arena (realistic vests, multi-level obstacles, team vs. team chaos). No kiddie lasers here – we're veteran-owned, serving ages 8-80 with immersive combat. As Assistant Manager/Team Lead, you'll hype crowds, crush customer service, and mentor refs. Perfect entry-level management for gamers, students, or fun-seekers. We train you no experience? No problem.
What You'll Do (High-Energy Action):
- Lead gameplay: Brief large groups, run missions (Rescue, Bomb Defusal), keep games on time.
- Oversee ops: Manage small ref teams, troubleshoot gear, ensure "no drama zone" vibes.
- Wow guests: Public speaking to pump up squads, handle parties/team-builders, maximize fun (and tips!).
Must-Haves (Keep It Simple):
- Confident public speaking (hyping 40+ players? You're golden).
- Team player with killer customer service upbeat, reliable, 16+.
- Weekend warrior availability (Fri-Sun flexibility for PT).
Preferred (Bonus Points):
- Gaming and action fan or hospitality background.
