What You'll Do (High-Energy Action):

• Lead gameplay: Brief large groups, run missions (Rescue, Bomb Defusal), keep games on time.
• Oversee ops: Manage small ref teams, troubleshoot gear, ensure "no drama zone" vibes.
• Wow guests: Public speaking to pump up squads, handle parties/team-builders, maximize fun (and tips!).

Must-Haves (Keep It Simple):

• Confident public speaking (hyping 40+ players? You're golden).
• Team player with killer customer service upbeat, reliable, 16+.
• Weekend warrior availability (Fri-Sun flexibility for PT).

Preferred (Bonus Points):

• Gaming and action fan or hospitality background.
