Attorney Senior Attorney
Position OverviewThe Senior Attorney will provide expert legal representation and guidance in personal injury cases, managing litigation from inception to resolution. This role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases from start to finish.
- Provide expert legal counsel to clients regarding their rights and options.
- Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in personal injury law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar license.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes in court.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and research abilities.
