At PreservEndo, we believe exceptional patient care starts behind the scenes. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our growing team in Wake Forest, NC. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures and patient care appointments
- Prepare treatment rooms and surgical instruments prior to procedures
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly sterilized and organized
- Take and record patient vitals and assist with patient preparation for procedures
- Provide post operative instructions to patients as directed by the surgeon
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols in accordance with practice policies and OSHA standards
- Support efficient patient flow and assist with room turnover between patients
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
- Assist with inventory management and supply stocking as needed
- Travel to other practice locations when necessary to support clinical operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in dental/medical sterilization, preferred.
- Knowledge of CDC dental infection guidelines or willingness to learn
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
