Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure for SLP in North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology tools for remote services
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to inclusive, student-focused therapy

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services either on-site or via teletherapy
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as an SLP resource
