Apartment Maintenance Technician (Part‑Time)
Locations: Creedmoor, NC 27522 & Wake Forest, NC 27587
Schedule: Weekdays | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Part‑Time)
Assignment Type: Contract
Pay: $18/hr
Support multifamily communities across two locations with essential maintenance, repairs, and turn work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on problem‑solving and keeping properties running smoothly.
Job Description
- To complete daily service requests and general apartment repairs
- To assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting
- To perform make‑ready/unit turns for incoming residents
- To support preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
- To follow safety standards and Fair Housing compliance while supporting onsite teams
Required Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance or multifamily experience
- Ability to perform general repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances
- Ability to complete unit turns/make‑readies
- Must supply own tools suitable for maintenance work
- Ability to follow safety protocols and Fair Housing requirements
- Reliable, self‑directed, and able to work across multiple sites
