Responsibilities of Position:

The Busser schedule includes split shifts: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and must work every other weekend. This position is paid an additional $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts!

This position is responsible for supporting the Wait Staff team by restocking, bussing, and resetting tables, delivering food, completing open and close checklists, and keeping the dining areas clean and sanitary. The Busser will deliver superior service to residents and guests. Dining venues include Hennessy's Restaurant (fine dining), the Irish Pub & Grill (casual dining), and our brand new Café (casual dining).

Ideal candidates have an exemplary personality with a ready smile and willing heart to make each dining experience exceptional! Candidates must enjoy working with the senior population, be dependable and trustworthy, caring and courteous, and strive for excellence in their work performance every day. This position is paid on an hourly basis and does not accept tipping.
