Schedule/Hours

• Flexible 12-hour shifts, days or nights
• Floating between local healthcare facilities within the greater Charlotte area as needed (paid travel time mid-shift)

Desired Qualifications

• Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (ONS preferred)
• Minimum 18 months of experience in MedSurg/Tele setting
• Cardiac rhythm interpretation and experience with non-titrating cardiac drips (Cardizem, Amiodarone preferred)
• Strong general medical/surgical skills (IV starts, wound care, managing tubes/drains, blood products)
• Adaptability to care for diverse patient diagnoses, including ESRD, CHF, diabetes/DKA, and starting Spring 2026, hematology/oncology (no chemo administration unless certified)
• Willingness to float among affiliated regional hospitals as necessary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to a range of medical patients
• Accurately interpret and promptly respond to cardiac rhythms
• Initiate IVs, administer blood products, perform wound care, and oversee patient ADLs with CNA support
• Collaborate with a robust multi-disciplinary team including pharmacists, case managers, RTs, and nurse educators
