Job Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of each project
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project implementation and adherence to quality standards
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve project goals
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Life Sciences
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in managing projects related to healthcare operations, plasma collection, or pharmaceutical development

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $66,000 - $102,000 per year
