Sales Appointment Coordinator
Bitting Electric, Inc. is seeking a qualified, Sales Appointment Coordinator.
Bitting Electric, Inc. is a company dedicated to the power generation industry and currently experiencing exponential growth in the residential, commercial, and industrial generator markets.
We are currently seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator responsible for communicating with new potential customers via phone, email, and text in an effort to prequalify and secure in-home consultation appointments for our outside sales team. This position will also be responsible for maintaining and contributing to the company's social media accounts/pages in an effort to create awareness and excitement around our home standby generator products and services.
Responsibilities Include:
· Reach out to daily sales leads and opportunities provided by our internal marketing team to inform customers about our products, pricing structure, and sales process. With the ultimate goal of securing qualified appointments for our outside sales team.
· Utilize and maintain proprietary CRM software for customer account management and sales reporting. On the job training will be provided.
· Help develop sales and marketing strategies through social media in conjunction with overall sales team utilizing a strategic planning process to ensure market penetration and overall achievement of company wide sales goals.
· Assist in create engaging, text, image and video content as well as facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries from all platforms.
· Assist with setting up, attending, and breaking down of booths at industry related trade shows to increase brand awareness and prospect potential clients.
Job Requirements
· A great personality with strong listening and communication skills are crucial. Knowing when to talk and when to listen is key. Product and sales training specific to our products will be provided.
· College degree is preferred but by no means required. A great personality with impeccable communications skills and an extreme work ethic will be accepted in lieu of formal education.
· Excellent customer follow-up, attention to detail, strong organization, and efficient time management skills are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
