As an Administrative Assistant , you will support the day-to-day operations of the business by ensuring administrative tasks and internal processes run smoothly. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to assist with coordination, documentation, and organisational tasks that keep projects and workflows on track. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys supporting team operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to marketing and operations teams
- Maintain organised records, files, and internal documentation
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal materials
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate internal databases
- Support project coordination and campaign logistics when required
- Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day operational activities
- Ensure documentation and records are kept up to date
