This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to contribute to a dynamic and client-centered clinical team. The ideal candidate will bring a commitment to delivering high-quality, assent-based care grounded in evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical oversight to assigned clients to promote quality care and retention.
- Conduct Practical Functional Assessments and implement Skills-Based Treatment protocols.
- Create individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Supervise and coach a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure effective service delivery.
- Facilitate monthly parent engagement sessions for each client to support caregiver involvement.
- Track and manage key performance indicators such as technician hours and supervision ratios.
- Participate in organizational quality improvement and compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with local and regional leadership to enhance clinical outcome
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (as defined by BACB).
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- State licensure (if applicable), in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
- Prior experience providing clinical supervision is preferred.
- Familiarity with crisis management procedures is a plus
