Remote Learning & Development Project Coordinator

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Machine Learning & Development Project Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. Summary: The Learning & Development (L&D) Program Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of training programs and events. This role involves collaborating across teams to support planning, logistics, delivery, registration, system updates, reporting, and may include instructor coordination and live session support. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning events
• Manage registration processes and maintain accurate records in learning systems
• Support program delivery through scheduling, communications, and troubleshooting
• Assist with reporting and data analysis to track program effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution
• Provide operational support during live sessions, including setup and technical assistance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (High School diploma/GED required)
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets), including pivot tables and reporting
• Experience with learning management systems or similar platforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear and professional written communication skills
• Experience supporting virtual or onsite events
