Warehouse Operations Operator
Roles & Responsibilities
- Using equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials and goods.
- Maintaining records as necessary.
- Working within clearly defined SOPs and scientific methods.
- Adhering to quality guidelines.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience.
- Basic skills training in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production).
Skills & Certifications
- Effective communication skills at a level coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents written in English.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment.
- General computer skills.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must obtain and/or maintain appropriate licenses/training/certifications as needed.
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job, including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, climbing, lifting, crouching, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, talking, hearing, twisting, frequent use of hands, and lifting/moving over 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in an environment with moving mechanical parts, extreme weather conditions, vibration, high places, fumes/airborne particles, moderate to loud noise, and varying temperatures.
