• Managing and seamlessly operating multiple stations during service.
• Coaching, training, and leading team members with a consistent and positive attitude.
• Supporting kitchen management tasks such as inventory control, food safety compliance, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Paying close attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation in all dishes.
