Key Job Details – ICU RN Travel Assignment

• Location: Burlington, MA 01803 (Greater Boston area)
• Facility Type: Trauma Level I Hospital
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 09/15/2025 – End: 12/13/2025)
• Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a in 4-week blocks), every other weekend
• Hours: 36 guaranteed per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2470 - $2540
• Employment Type: Travel nurse (locum tenens)

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• ASN degree required
• 2-5 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Experience in Trauma Level I or Trauma Level II healthcare settings preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• EPIC EMR proficiency required
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Tele test administered on first day (pass/fail)
• Flu vaccine required for new staff starting 9/2 (no declinations accepted)
• Must not have worked at any Beth Israel facility in the past six months
• Facility is not accepting local candidates

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Float between ICU and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and care coordination
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide advanced life support
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
